At Christian Star Academy, students are known as individuals. We meet them where they are, recognize their strengths
and challenges, and help them continue moving forward academically, personally, and spiritually.
Students come to Christian Star Academy with different experiences, abilities, strengths, and challenges. Some arrive with gaps in their learning or frustration from previous educational experiences. Others simply need a smaller environment, a different approach, or the opportunity to move beyond the pace of a traditional classroom.
At CSA, we begin by understanding the student in front of us. Rather than asking every student to fit the same educational mold, we work to identify where they are, recognize what they already do well, and determine what they need in order to continue growing.
Through personal attention, appropriate challenge, encouragement, and accountability, we want students to become increasingly confident and capable learners who understand that growth requires both support and effort.
Our small environment allows teachers to know students personally, recognize their needs, and celebrate their progress.
Individualized education does not mean lower expectations. Students are challenged according to their abilities and encouraged to keep growing.
When students struggle, we work to identify why and provide the instruction, practice, encouragement, and accountability needed to move forward.
Learning, friendships, projects, activities, service, and everyday moments all become part of a student's experience at Christian Star Academy.
